In their daily work, researchers and consultants at Spiegel Institut around the world are placing the focus on the user and tracing the experience of the experience. As there is a growing demand in this sector and the institute’s expertise in user experience consulting is more sought after than ever before, the team has grown in recent months by 15 additional colleagues.
