Aufwind Mannheim

We have supported the organisation Aufwind Mannheim since 2017. Aufwind looks after children who live on the poverty line. Working with heart and soul, the dedicated staff of this non-profit association offer children what they are missing all too often: Simple, tangible help in securing their basic needs, but also support in everyday life. In their work, Aufwind helps to improve opportunities for children who are otherwise often already stuck in poverty. With our commitment, we strive to help strengthen this important support in promoting and expanding children’s future opportunities.

Crossover Composition Award

Cultural commitment is important to us, particularly for such an innovative competition that invites candidates from all over the world! We have supported the violinist siblings The Twiolins since 2012, as we are fascinated by the idea of a regularly held international competition for violin compositions. The young musicians have set up a unique event in which they interpret the submitted compositions, and the audience chooses which composer wins the competition. This is certainly a user-based approach in a cultural setting.
