In 2015, Spiegel Institut welcomed 30 colleagues to its headquarters in Mannheim and offices in Ingolstadt and Beijing.
Mannheim, February 16 – The teams at the sites in Mannheim and Ingolstadt saw the most growth. The offices in Upper Bavaria added 22 new employees, in particular, in the field of User Experience Consulting. In addition, the “Ingolstädter” added a new team assistant.
The number of staff also grew at the Eastsite address in Mannheim. The team in the area of Qualitative Market Research is now much more diverse. Dr. Sandra Klee-Patsawas, Julia Hoffmann, and Selina Gerdon are the new assets to the team.
The Finance & Controlling department is now supported by Sakine Pröhl, while the Field Organization team also welcomed the additional support of Sarah Pfannebecker and Rebecca Michael.
New positions were also created; for instance, Christina Hermann was hired as the new Specialist for Online Marketing and Social Media.
The company’s IT department was also expanded. Sören Holzwarth is the new system administrator, joining the team of 4 IT specialists. In Beijing there was also a need to increase manpower, where Yunan Deng has been an added asset to the Chinese project office since August 2015.
