TISAX certification
Protecting our customers’ sensitive information that we receive and process every day is a top priority for us. The Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange (TISAX) works to acknowledge the evaluation results for information security across companies in the automotive industry. Spiegel Institut recently received TISAX certification for the handling and processing of information with very high security requirements. The TISAX audit was conducted under the auspices of the ENX Association, a union of European automobile manufacturers, suppliers, and other associations, and was based on the requirements of VDA ISA (Information Security Assessment). All processes, forms of communication, and data storage systems as well as their structures and protection measures were audited. The successful certification confirms that Spiegel Institut complies with the high standards of information security. The certification also includes prototypes at the Mannheim site, and it encompasses prototype parts for the Ingolstadt office. TISAX provides a trusted auditing and information exchange mechanism for internationally recognized industry standards. To ensure that we continually meet our customers’ high demands regarding information security, the audit will be repeated in 2021.
TÜV certification according to ISO 9001:2015
The new quality management standard ISO 9001:2015 adopts a process-oriented approach with the aim of improving the effectiveness of the quality management system. The certificate confirms that Spiegel Institut has successfully implemented and uses a quality management system in the areas of Consumer Research & User Experience Consulting. This year marks the ninth time in a row that Spiegel Institut has successfully completed TÜV certification, which confirms the level of quality at all of its locations in Germany. Certification provides a high level of quality and security for our customers. Internally, our processes are more transparent and the potential for optimization can more easily be recognized. The next audit for the extension of the certificate will be carried out in 2021.
